Refunds & Returns Policy

This refund policy covers vinyl record pressing and related services offered by The Jungle Record Press Ltd. It applies to all custom orders, including black vinyl, colour variants, and limited edition pressings.

Splatter, marbled, and some coloured vinyl variants may carry a slightly higher noise floor or occasional static due to the materials used. This is normal in the production of coloured records and not considered a fault.

Custom Orders – No Returns
All records are made to order. That means once production starts, we can’t offer refunds or returns – it’s bespoke, pressed just for you.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged or there’s a genuine fault, let us know within 7 days. We’ll take a look and sort it fairly – whether that’s a re-press or partial refund.

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos if possible
