First Step - Cutting and Mastering

Tech Spec Fact: Lacquer Cuts are made on a Nuemann VMS 70 Lathe.

Second Step - Stampers

These are the metal grooves that will squash the puck and make your record. The Stampers are made from pure Nickel to produce the purist sound.

Third Step - The Art of Pressing

We use our Toolex Alpha AD12 for a classic sound, and also a have latest in pressing Technology - our new Allegro II machine.
