Terms and Conditions of The Jungle Record Press Ltd

Scope
These Terms cover vinyl record pressing services provided by The Jungle Record Press Ltd ("the Company") to you ("the Customer").

Copyright and Legal Compliance
You guarantee that all materials you provide (audio, artwork, etc.) do not infringe any third-party rights and are lawful under UK law. You’re responsible for any legal claims that arise from this.

Production and Liability
We’re happy to proceed with production as long as all materials are legal and compliant. However, if any issues arise with third-party rights or illegal content during production, we may need to pause or stop the process. Our liability is limited to the value of the service, and we're not responsible for indirect losses or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).

Orders and Cancellations
Once we accept your order, it’s final and binding, meaning both parties are committed to going ahead with the work as agreed. Custom orders can’t be cancelled once production starts, but cancellations before production may incur fees for work already done.

Consumer Rights
Consumers cannot cancel a custom order once production has begun under UK law.

Disputes and Law
If there’s a dispute, we’ll first try to resolve it in a friendly way. If that doesn’t work, it will be handled by English courts, and these Terms are governed by UK law.

Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time, with changes taking effect upon publication on our website. Ongoing customers will be notified of significant updates.

Additional Terms

Payment Terms
Payment is required as agreed in writing, typically via pro forma invoice before production begins. In some cases, staged payments may be required. Late payments may delay production.

Delivery and Risk
We package your records securely, but we are not liable for delays or damage caused by third-party couriers. Once goods are dispatched, risk passes to the customer. We recommend insured shipping.

Audio and Artwork Approval
It’s your responsibility to ensure all supplied audio and artwork files are correct. We strongly recommend approving a test pressing or proof before full production begins.

Pressing Variance
Due to the nature of vinyl production, slight variations in colour, audio fidelity, and label alignment can occur. These are not considered defects.

Storage
Completed orders should be collected promptly unless agreed otherwise. We may charge storage fees for uncollected items after 30 days.
